Order Processing
All items are made to order and fulfilled by our print partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipping.

Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and which fulfillment partner produces your item.

Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: 3–10 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time
Canada: 5–17 business days  
United States: 5–17 business days 

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items from different fulfillment partners, they may ship separately. You may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different days. This is normal for print-on-demand orders.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the fulfillment partner. Each supplier has its own shipping fees, which may be combined at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee delivery or offer a free replacement if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout. Once an order has entered production, we cannot update the address.

Customs and Duties
Orders shipped within Canada or the United States typically do not incur customs fees. International orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
