Return & Exchange Policy
Because all products are made to order and fulfilled through our fulfillment partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind. Please review the size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Please contact wavecosunset@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Please submit your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate. Our fulfillment partner may replace lost orders if the shipping carrier confirms the package was not delivered.
Wrong Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee delivery or offer a free replacement. Once an order is in production or shipped, we are unable to change the address.
Returns for Refund
Because each item is made on demand, we do not offer refunds for:

Wrong size or color chosen

Buyer’s remorse

Delivery delays caused by the carrier

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Size exchanges
Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wavecosunset@gmail.com.
